This student residence is in a premier location opposite the Australian Embassy in this very elite area in Dublin’s city centre. The apartments are within walking distance of all city centre colleges including DIT, Trinity College Dublin, RCSI - the Royal College of Surgeons, Portobello College and on a direct bus route to UCD.
Security is a prime consideration at Chubb Properties. We have a full time office and a concierge on duty at the entrance desk throughout the evening and night. We do this to ensure the highest level of safety.
In total JBs Dublin houses approximately 140 students. The apartments are bright and spacious, the bedrooms are extremely large and most bedrooms can take 2 double beds. We have 1, 2 and 4 bedroom apartments available.
JBs Dublin also has 1 bedroom apartments which can take 2 or 3 beds. They are very large self catering apartments. If students wish to share apartments with friends please mark this on the booking form. Apartments can be booked for 1 or 2 terms.
All apartments are very spacious and fully furnished to a high standard.
There is a caretaker on site for after hour emergencies.
There is a office/reception on site during regular business hours.

Triple rooms: €99 per person per week in very large 1 bed apt.
Twin rooms: €135 per person per week in very large apartment Single rooms: €185 per week 1 Bedroom Apartment:€270 per week (for two sharing €135 per person)
